Hallō’s proposed amenities paint an appealing vision of a self-contained community. Buyers should carefully consider what is conceptual marketing versus what will truly be delivered.
Before you commit:
- Which of these amenities have confirmed designs, permits, and funding? Many features remain at the concept stage.
- Whether these plans align with Nelson’s zoning and infrastructure realities. Some ideas may face regulatory hurdles.
- The long-term viability of the golf course. Troon has been promoted as a key partner, but contrary to some claims, this is not their first Canadian project (see Sagebrush Golf Club).
After reviewing their promotional materials, one can't help but wonder if Farhad and Graham (Hallо̄'s "visionaries") might need to realign their expectations with reality.
